Melissa’s past experience includes CSP, MTV…and Saturday Night Live.
iSEE Store Innovations, a global design and manufacturing company of merchandising display solutions, today announced the promotion of Melissa Vonder Haar to Marketing Director. In this role, Vonder Haar will oversee iSEE’s website and digital marketing strategies while continuing to manage the company’s East Coast customers.
“As we looked at how we could better grow our business, a streamlined webstore was a clear way for us to reach the many small and independent retailers that make up the convenience industry,” said Melissa Vonder Haar, Marketing Director at iSEE Store Innovations. “These operators need innovative, executable merchandising solutions just like everyone else—our upgraded webstore gives iSEE the opportunity to get our products into their hands. I’m thrilled to be a part of this process.”
Prior to joining iSEE, Melissa spent several years covering the convenience industry for CSP magazine after starting her career as a website producer for both MTV and Scholastic. She’s continued to be a leading voice on convenience industry issues both as a freelance contributor to NACS and CSP and as a member of the NACS Convention Content Committee. As part of her new role, Melissa launched the iSEE Retail Reality blog, which covers numerous issues facing convenience retailers.
“Melissa has been a key part of iSee’s growth,” says Nathan Underhill, iSEE’s Executive Vice President of Sales. “In addition to being a staunch industry advocate, she has worked directly with many of our top clients and has been the driving force for our new webstore. We are thrilled to promote her into this important position and look forward to her continued success.”
