ALL PRODUCTS.

If you have experienced a damaged or defective product and are seeking replacements, please follow these instructions:

You MUST include pictures of the visible damage in the same email. If you item is an iSEE Cooler, you MUST include a picture of the serial plate ( cooler serial plates are located either on the bottom, back side, or top side of the cooler depending on the model and and manufacture date of the cooler).

iSEE will assess the damage of your product and contact you with more information regarding replacement parts.

We are always happy to sell replacement items for purchase if a warranty is out of date. Email [email protected] for more information.

ROLLERCHILLS.

Is your Roller Chill not working correctly? Sometimes you cannot see the reason why your Roller Chill is not working, which is why iSEE partners with Konop Refrigeration to diagnose and repair Roller Chill issues. You can contact Konop in three ways:
  • Call Konop Refrigeration: 1-800-333-2752
  • Call iSEE and follow the automated menu to Konop: 1-888-417-2457 (Option #7)
  • You may download and complete the iSEE Roller Chill Warranty Claim form and follow the above instructions for submission to [email protected]
    • You MUST include pictures of the Serial Plate located on the back of the Roller Chill unit and any visible damage.
    • You must include a copy of your Invoice as Proof of Purchase.
If the Roller Chill damage is visible, we suggest submitting an iSEE Roller Chill Warranty Claim form. iSEE will review your claim and contact Konop if deemed necessary.
