If you have experienced a damaged or defective product and are seeking replacements, please follow these instructions:
- Download and complete the iSEE General Warranty Claim Form
- Return this completed form to [email protected]
You MUST include pictures of the visible damage in the same email. If you item is an iSEE Cooler, you MUST include a picture of the serial plate ( cooler serial plates are located either on the bottom, back side, or top side of the cooler depending on the model and and manufacture date of the cooler).
iSEE will assess the damage of your product and contact you with more information regarding replacement parts.

- Call iSEE and follow the automated menu to Konop: 1-888-417-2457 (Option #7)
- You may download and complete the iSEE Roller Chill Warranty Claim form and follow the above instructions for submission to [email protected]
- You MUST include pictures of the Serial Plate located on the back of the Roller Chill unit and any visible damage.
- You must include a copy of your Invoice as Proof of Purchase.
